Presents Donation to Police and Fire
Pastor
Maury Davis of the Cornerstone Church, 726 West Old Hickory Boulevard in
Madison, today presented Mayor Karl Dean with a donation check for
$25,000 to support the Metro Police and Fire Departments. Pastor Davis
explained that the donation represents the deep appreciation of his
congregation for the men and women who dedicate their lives to public
safety in Nashville. The $25,000 will be evenly split between the police
and fire departments.
