Drusilla Martin Executive Administrator Drusilla Martin hales from Nashville Tennessee. She graduated from Stratford High School and Tennessee State University in 1982 where she received a Bachelors of Business Administration with emphasis in Accounting. She worked as a Revenue Agent for the Internal Revenue Service for 9 ½ years and also assisted on special projects with the Criminal Investigations Division (CID)/Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI). Drusilla then worked for the Davidson County Sheriff’s Office as Chief of Administration from 1990-1994. Drusilla has been a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) since 1988. Drusilla presently serves as Executive Administrator for the Nashville Fire Department and is responsible for managing a budget of $104 million dollars. She is a Certified Government Financial Manager, a graduate of Vanderbilt’s Owens Graduate School of Management in the Fire Service Executive Management Program and holds the designation of Executive Fire Officer from the National Fire Academy. She completed the John F. Kennedy School of Government for Seniors in State and Local Government at Harvard University. Drusilla currently manages the following functions: Budget preparation and Control, Audit and Finance, Management Information Systems, Capital Projects, Non-Sworn Employee Hiring and Promotional, Inter-Departmental Liaison, and Personnel and Payroll functions, EMS Billing and Customer Service. Her section consists of Office Support Rep 2’s, 3’s, Administrative Assistants, Office Support Specialist and an Administrative Specialist. Drusilla L.
